Rebecca is the former CEO of Inland Rail and has held a diverse range of senior executive roles with ARTC, Origin Energy and Energex across technical, operational, strategic and corporate affairs disciplines in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her experience spans both private sector and Government-owned corporations.
With a career combining her engineering background with her strong valuing of community equity and sustainability, Rebecca has led licence to operate turnarounds for major projects and operating companies by listening and responding to community issues, finding common purpose and leaving positive community legacies.
Rebecca is known for her engaging leadership style and has successfully led major project and operating business performance transformations.
Drawing on her diverse executive career experience and authentic communication, Rebecca mentors and coaches leaders through key issues and transitions; supports teams to build a high-performance dynamic; and works closely with senior executives on defining and achieving their goals. She thrives by assisting senior executives tackle complex challenges including stepping into new roles, driving step-change performance improvement and lifting engagement, and the positive impact she makes is ideally suited for clients who need to initiate major business transformations and people change.
Supporting clients to access enhanced performance and achieve their goals is Rebecca’s purpose, along with ensuring her clients understand and harness their strengths to make their professional lives both rewarding and fun.
Rebecca enjoys planning travel almost as much as she does travelling itself. She is also a keen squash fan and travels the world to spectate tournaments. Rebecca spends her weekends hiking, walking the dogs and enjoying time at the beach with her son and husband.
